Hi there!

Grateful that you are here, good to meet you!

My name is Gabriela and I would love to share some of my life story with you.

Born and raised in Europe, I moved to the SF Bay area 20 years ago, following a patient who only wanted to work with me.

Prior to that, I worked as a licensed physical therapist in an ICU and outpatient care. I was a physical therapy and massage therapy lecturer in a Medical school and later obtained a Master of Science in Human Psychology.

I was fortunate to work with some of the top orthopedic surgeons and experienced therapists in sports clinics and collaborate with holistic and alternative medicine practitioners until I started my own business 6 years ago.

My passion for helping people eliminate pain and getting back to an active and fulfilled life turned into a life mission. Constantly learning from the top specialists in the industry, I help my clients gain control over their body and enjoy a healthy and fulfilled life faster -- and in the most beneficial way.

After working in the medical field for over 32 years with injuries, daily pains, stress and limitations or complications related to them, plus my own sports injuries and pains, I am fascinated with how the body and the mind work together.

The knowledge, experience and results my clients get from my approach helped me to create a unique strategy with a great impact on their overall well being.

And I love what I do - helping people enjoy what they love.

I specialize in:

Manual therapy, functional movement training, ergonomic evaluation and settings, flexibility and mobility training, corrective exercises, cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, active release techniques, Theragun therapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, Lymphatic drainage, Cranio sacral therapy.

My work is focused on:

Sports injuries, acute and chronic back pain, TMJ, headaches, stress related tension, lymphatic congestion, sleep deprivation, posture, dysfunctional movement patterns, muscle imbalances and misalignment, ergonomic home office evaluation and proper settings.
